Well, for me it is, so getta you offa mah backa.
Shot two new vids tonight. I'm currently chilling at the dispatch office waiting to go home; basically hanging out to ensure that runs are covered during shift change.
I didn't make what I needed to this weekend, but things are definitely trending the right direction, and I'm pretty sure I can work with my vendor for a week; I'm certain I'll have things taken care of by then.
It's looking like a real thin Christmas (surprise, right?) I was actually really hoping to be able to make a trip south and see Amber and Haleigh and other friends in NC for a few days, but I'm thinking that's not gonna happen. Which bums me out a little, but that's life. Maybe I'll get a shot after the first of the year - NYE and the surrounding period are always high-income days for driving taxi.
How long will I be driving? Hopefully a long while. How long will I be driving as my primary source of income? Hopefully not too much longer ;-) I love driving cab 90% of the time, but the money's just not there, man.
Nothing new happening on the Asylum Lake front; haven't even talked to Shawn in a couple of weeks, as we've both been quite busy. It'll keep, we'll get back to it when we get a second to breathe.
The down groove I've been on for like the last three weeks seems to be lifting a bit, which is good. Like I said, I shot two new RantGenius vids tonight, so obviously I felt like doing SOMETHING for once. Hopefully I'll get one of those up tomorrow.
The next few days: off tomorrow, working tues, off weds, back on thur-sun, 6pm-6am each night. I'm very, very tired, and I hope I manage to get at least 1 <60hr week in before the end of the year.
