Yeah...screw it.  My 'friends' have left me ou ton the streets for...whatever their reasons, but they all boil down to selfishness and deceit (I WILL elaborate more on this when I can really sit down and tell the whole story).  Samara - the only other reason I'm in CA - has been incommunicado for the most part, and honestly I want to believe she's telling me the truth about her surgery and everything, but whether she is or not, she's also not offering me a place to stay.  Can't really fault her, it's a crap circumstance to start under, but still - there's no offer forthcoming and I haven't even heard from her in a week.

Therefore, I have no reason to stay in California.

Therefore...I'm leaving, and going back to Michigan.  I've got a place up there to stay that is WAY more reliable than fickle 'friends' and promises of 'jam every other day.'

I just have to GET there.

I have a big sign:  STRANDED - WANT TO GO HOME - NEED GAS - PLEASE HELP.  And that's how I'm getting back to MI.  I have seven bucks in my PayPal account and a 1/4-tank of gas, and I'm outta here ASAP.

I'm going to post another note here, after this entry, because I'm going to point people on the road to this site to 'check' my story, so they know too that I'm not just some crackhead trying to scam cash from people.
