I am here.  The trip was uneventful, although longer than I expected (forgot to check the miles, but the 2,601 calculated by Google Maps was wrong.  I passed that point somewhere near Elko, NV.

I'm really, REALLY tired.  I've had one good night's sleep since I got here, and all I can say is first, I'm NEVER making that trip, that way, again - the speed, I mean.  I would rather have gone much more slowly, but given the lack of funds...yeah.  If I could have stopped in a hotel every place along the way, I'd have a lot more pictures and goodies.  As it is, I've got a couple hundred photos and a couple hours of tape to go through, so I'll be doing that slowly over the next few weeks as I kinda get my things together out here.  I've got a lot of a lot of things to do and work on and think about and get done, but I made it in one piece.  

Now the question is, what to do with the pieces?

It's memorial day weekend, so I'm going to kind of chill and relax and settle in a bit, organize and prioritize and get to work.  I have it on good authority that I'll be sent out to meet people at some point over the next few days.  Work on current projects, organize new projects, and figure out how to balance that stuff with the needs of making a living starting like right now.

But I think I've earned a day or two, to not think about that stuff.  So there :)
