So I'm staying here in SLC with TEH CHAD~! and he's doing his best to show me what fun there is to be had....we go to a bar to see a band and two random biker girls - cute - holler at me as I'm walking down the street that I have 'nice hair' and they're all flirty and stuff...and then another girl (who I'm going to meet tomorrow) is supposed to hook up with us, but gives an excuse when I send her a pic and doesn't show.  I don't know whether to be flattered by the biker girls, bummed about the other girl, or just say screw it, I'm in this town for... Contacted the LDS church today, apparently the only person who can help me is available only on Mondays from 8-9am. So I guess I'll be here in SLC for a few days.  Cool with me.  I mean, I want to get home, definitely, but I've got my camera and stuff, and there's a lot of big mountains and things here that will make great rant backdrops. So I've made it to Salt Lake City and am currently sitting at the apartment of my friends Chad and Cherri, using Cherri's computer to write this.  I tried the sign thing...didn't work too well.  However, there are some charities, churches, and civic groups who are out there and available to help folks in my position - I'm sure not the first or only one to be stranded far from home.
